FREE 2 Hour WOMEN’S Self-Defence Course
In celebration and contribution to International Women’s Day 2024, we will be running a specialised Self-Defence training event for women.
These training events will be FREE as our focus is to empower women, both physically and psychologically, in a single 2 hour training session, with skills that will serve them for a lifetime.
Learn simple, fast, effective defences and counters to the most common threats faced by women daily.
